The mandate was to completely overhaul their email marketing approach in order to increase sales, strengthen customer relationships, and reinstate the premium experience associated with their products. Our work focused exclusively on redesigning, writing, and optimizing the performance of their newsletters.
The solution
We rebuilt the newsletter from the ground up, creating a more elegant, immersive, and narrative-driven experience, perfectly aligned with the luxury brand. The goal wasn't to sell through discounts, but through storytelling, scarcity, and value. By simplifying the customer segments and emphasizing more sensory writing, we transformed the newsletter to be more of a starting point in the customer journey, rather than the end point, as was previously the case.
